    Frequently Asked Questions

    When do I get paid?

    Payouts are processed automatically 2 days after your event ends, directly to your connected Stripe account. Payout fees charged by Stripe may apply when affiliates/organisers/venue owners withdraw funds to their bank account. These fees are set by Stripe and are visible in the organiser/venue owners Stripe dashboard.

    Are there any hidden fees?

    Eventiry does not charge organizers to use the platform. Service fees apply only to transactions—when attendees purchase tickets or when venue bookings are made. Payment processing is included in those fees.

    Can I pass fees to attendees?

    Yes, you can choose to absorb the fees or pass them on to ticket buyers during event creation.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through Stripe.

    How does venue booking pricing work?

    Venue bookings have a 10% platform service fee (min $0.95) on the total booking amount. This is an all-inclusive fee that covers payment processing. Venue owners receive the full booking amount as fees are paid by the organizer. Payouts to venue owners are processed 7 days after the event check-out date.

    Can I list my venue on Eventiry?

    Yes! Venue owners can list their spaces for free. You'll receive bookings from event organizers and receive the full booking amount. Contact us to get started with venue listing.
