Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund eligibility and time limits are set by event organisers (for tickets) and venue owners (for venue bookings). Eventiry does not set these rules; we process refunds according to the policy shown on each event or venue at the time of purchase.
For organisers and venue owners: Eventiry holds customer payments until after the event and a short refund window. Funds are payable to you only after those eligibility conditions are met. See our Terms of Service for full payout and fund-holding terms.
Request a refund from your account: Dashboard → Orders (events) or My Venue Bookings (venues). Select the order or booking and follow the refund option. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a dispute about a refund, contact the organiser or venue first. We may request additional information to review refund or chargeback claims. Chargebacks (disputes raised with your card issuer) may result in account restrictions. See our Terms of Service for more on refunds and chargebacks.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will generally be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid, excluding any non-refundable fees where clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If a venue booking is cancelled by the venue owner, the customer will be refunded in accordance with the venue's cancellation policy or as otherwise required by law. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
