Eventiry is a product of Ordafy Limited. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data using the steps below.
How to request account deletion
- In the Eventiry app (iOS or Android): Open the app, go to Profile or Settings, then find Delete account or Account & security. Follow the on-screen steps to submit a deletion request.
- On the web: Log in at eventiry.com, go to your account Settings or Dashboard → Settings, and use the Delete account option.
- By email: Send a request to support@eventiry.com from the email address linked to your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject and we will process your request.
Before deletion, you may need to resolve outstanding items (for example: transfer or delete any organization you own, cancel or delete published events, or resolve active orders or venue bookings). We will tell you if any steps are required.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete or anonymise:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, avatar, preferences)
- Your account credentials and authentication data
- Your event and venue listings (if you are an organizer or venue owner), after any required cancellations
- Your order and booking history (personal copy); transaction records may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form where required by law
- Messages, reviews, and other content you created
What we may keep
We may retain certain data for longer where required by law or for legitimate purposes:
- Legal and tax: Transaction and payout records as required for tax, accounting, or legal obligations (typically up to 7 years or as required in your jurisdiction).
- Disputes and safety: Information needed to handle disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or legal claims.
- Backups: Data in backup systems may persist for a limited period (e.g. up to 90 days) before being overwritten.
Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for marketing or non-essential purposes.
How long deletion takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when your account and associated data have been deleted. Backup copies may take up to an additional 90 days to be overwritten.
