Receiving Booking Requests
When an organizer requests to book your venue:
- You'll receive a notification (email and in-app)
- The booking appears in your "Pending Bookings" list
- Review the booking details and organizer information
- Check venue availability for the requested dates
Confirming Bookings
To confirm a booking:
- Review all booking details
- Verify the dates are available
- Click "Confirm Booking"
- Add any notes or special instructions
- The organizer will be notified automatically
Communicating with Organizers
Use the in-app messaging system to communicate:
- Answer questions about your venue
- Discuss special requirements
- Share important information
- Attach files (photos, floor plans, etc.)
Payment Processing
Deposit Payments
